purchase price should be Rs. 3000/- (after discount). Free delivery will be
applicable on all orders above Rs. 5000/- (after discount) only for Tamilnadu
orders. Customers from other states will need to bear the delivery charges even
if the order value exceeds Rs. 5000/-.
For orders below Rs. 3000/-, customers
are required to collect their orders from the nearest parcel service. In
addition, any order below Rs. 3000/- will attract delivery charges.
Delivery Time:
Once the order is placed successfully, we
aim to deliver your products within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that the
delivery might take additional time if there are public holidays or other
unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and Refund:
If an order is cancelled after it has
been processed, we will collect a 15% cancellation fee. This means that only
85% of the paid amount will be refunded. Please note that the customer will
have to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation.
Returns:
We are dedicated to ensuring you are
satisfied with our products. However, if you receive your order in a damaged
condition or if there are discrepancies in quantity or quality, we will address
