Packing and Dispatch:

All our products are packed with the utmost care in quality, waterproof cartons to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in the best condition. Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we endeavor to dispatch your products within 24-72 hours. We continuously monitor the status of each order to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Order and Delivery Charges:

For orders within TamilNadu, the minimum purchase price should be Rs. 3000/- (after discount). Free delivery will be applicable on all orders above Rs. 5000/- (after discount) only for Tamilnadu orders. Customers from other states will need to bear the delivery charges even if the order value exceeds Rs. 5000/-.

For orders below Rs. 3000/-, customers are required to collect their orders from the nearest parcel service. In addition, any order below Rs. 3000/- will attract delivery charges.

Delivery Time:

Once the order is placed successfully, we aim to deliver your products within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that the delivery might take additional time if there are public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund:

If an order is cancelled after it has been processed, we will collect a 15% cancellation fee. This means that only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded. Please note that the customer will have to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation.

Returns:

We are dedicated to ensuring you are satisfied with our products. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition or if there are discrepancies in quantity or quality, we will address these issues on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return, you need to send a picture and video proof of the issue to our email address: [email protected].

Please note that for all returns, the product must be sent back to our Sivakasi address at the customer's expense. The refund process will commence once we receive the returned products.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the end of the Diwali celebration period.
